QC POLICY
After payment is received, we will email QC pics of your watch when ready for your approval before shipping. The purpose of QC pics is for you to see that you’re getting the correct watch. Once you’ve approved the watch, we will check the watch to ensure everything works before shipping.
However, if you didn’t reply to our QC email after 24 hours have passed, we will take it as you have approved the watch and will proceed to ship it to you at our discretion.
Most watches are stated as waterproofed by the makers. However, please note that this rating is merely a guide. We do not recommend submerging or immersing any replica watch in water unless you have had your watch waterproofed by a proper watchsmith. We do NOT guarantee the product’s water-resistance and as such we do NOT refund, offer store credit, exchange or do a free repair on any watch that has water damage.
WARRANTY REPAIR POLICY
Our customers have 1 month from the point of shipment arrival to tell us if there are any defects with your watches. We will give to the makers to repair your watch free of charge so you need to ship it back to us. Shipping cost to us will be on you the customers. Then when repair is done, shipping back to customers will be on us. Repair timeframe can take up to a month.
If it’s outside the 1 month period, customers can still ship their watch back to us for repair but there may be repair cost. Also, both way shipping costs will be on customers.
Parts aren’t exchangeable and refundable (unless there’s a mistake on our part).
Please note that by shipping your watch back to us, you assume all shipping and customs risks.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We don’t accept return and offer refund for personal issues e.g. if the watch is too big/small; you decided you don’t like the watch; it’s not for you; you need the money; etc. It’s the customers’ responsibility to do research on a potential watch before purchasing.
If a refund case can’t be avoided, you will need to ship the watch back to us. We will issue the refund to you only AFTER we received the watch. The watch must be in brand new condition with all the plastic wrappings and accessories, if any, intact.
The amount refunded will minus 20% restocking fees and the original shipping cost.
